Exton, PA (October 14, 2012) — The Rose Group, franchisee of Applebee's restaurants in Eastern Pennsylvania; Mercer County, New Jersey; Greater Baltimore and the Eastern Shore of Maryland and Delaware, is proud to have helped Pegasus 12U Girls Fastpitch raise $583 at a recent Flapjack Fundraiser at the Lionville Applebee's Neighborhood Grill and Bar.
Pegasus has partnered with the Rose Group for several years now. In the past, Jeff Warden, President and CEO of the Rose Group has been quoted to state "We are extremely pleased with the success from this Flapjack Fundraiser event...Our associates had a wonderful time working with this group and, we look forward to partnering with them again in the near future for their fundraising needs." The Pegasus 12U Girls Fastpitch Flapjack Fundraiser was hosted on 10/14/2012. The organization sold 73 tickets. Breakfast included unlimited pancakes, sausages, milk, juice and coffee. Applebee's is proud to partner with any local non-profit organization as a way to raise money for their cause. From ticket sales to event-day staff, the breakfasts are managed by the non-profit organization with the assistance of Applebee's employee volunteers. Breakfasts can be held on any available Saturday or Sunday morning, and cost the organization around $2.50 a meal. The Applebee's Flapjack Fundraisers represent the restaurant chain's latest efforts to remain active within its local neighborhood.
