The Pegasus Board of Directors and our coaching staff have  the same philosophy….we are a team, we are a family… and with everyone working together, we will be  successful as players, and as people.

Our coaching  philosophy is to help young women learn the game of softball at  a competitive high-level, while still having fun, respecting your teammates,  coaches, and  opponents.
